It makes the process of requesting and utilizing resources more straightforward and efficient, ensuring effective allocation and availability management. Also, reporting the problems in each rooms helps to ensure their upkeep and functionality, allowing the staff to track problems and maintenances.

It has a streamlined reporting system for damaged equipment, facilitating quick communication and resolution of issues to maintain equipment safety and functionality.
This function allows the maintenance administrator to assign repair and maintenance tasks to staff. It also enables staff to update the status of reported damaged equipment as work progresses.
It has an integrated barcode scanner feature. Personnels can easily check out equipment by scanning the item's barcode, streamlining the borrowing process and enhancing accountability.
This service helps the staffs keep track of the school's equipment real-time that has been reported and needs repair. Also, it shows the map of the campus. This makes it easier to manage the school's resources.
